This school is designed for graziers who want to compete based upon exceptional flavor and tenderness. Anibal Pordomingo is a rancher/researcher from Argentina who has spent many years researching the nuances of grassfed beef flavor and tenderness issues.

When you calve....when you wean....when you finish....is all determined by YOUR Grass!

For the very first time an in-depth school that takes you from birth to finish on grass. This school is designed to teach low-cost cow-calf, stocker and grass finishing using common perennial grasses and legumes. It will cover the benefits of delayed weaning, high stock density grazing and drought management. It will show you how and why you should start your grass finishing program with classes of livestock that you are already producing.

The tuition for the school is $1,000 and you can hold your place by making a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100. Hotel information will come with your confirmation letter. The tuition does not include lodging or all meals.
